Bill and I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the fantastic job you did "creating" our pool. It is something we once dreamed of made into reality.
We researched quite a few pool companies before we met with Steve. From the first time we sat down with Steve, we both felt comfortable and at ease. From the time the project began with the excavation until the end when we were able to swim in our pool, there was not a problem worth remembering. There were no added costs or huge time delays (something we were both worried about.) The staff was always professional and courteous.
'The pool is absolutely gorgeous. Every time we go in it or just look at our backyard, we are so happy we chose you and we would recommend your company to anyone.

We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new pool. We wanted to tell you how happy we are and how much we appreciate all your hard work. Everyone at South Shore has been great. Steve, of course, helping us plan what we wanted for our new pool, and his setting it all in motion. Patty was always there to so nicely answer all our questions and fill us in on what was happening. All the folks who came each day to accomplish each part were terrific too. All the people you recommended to do the electrical and plumbing work were wonderful to work with. We hope you will come back to see it when all the landscaping is finished. You are welcome to take pictures so others can see how beautiful their pool and yard could look. Thank you for making the backyard of our new home something we will enjoy for many years.

From the day we signed the contract, you made the process of putting in our in-ground pool, one of the smoothest most painless construction projects that we have ever do in our home.
